At The Guys Drywall Repair, We Stand Behind Our Work.

As a family-owned business with over 15 years of experience, we take pride in delivering quality drywall repairs and professional texture matching.

WHAT OUR WARRANTY COVERS

We provide a 6-Month Limited Workmanship Warranty, beginning on the date of completed service.

If a problem results from:

• Defective workmanship performed by our company.
• An error made by one of our technicians.
• Failure of materials supplied and installed by our company.

We will inspect the affected area and, if the issue qualifies under our warranty, perform the necessary corrective repairs at no additional charge.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Our warranty does not cover:

• New or unrelated damage after service completion.
• Water leaks, moisture intrusion, or recurring water damage.
• Structural movement, settling, or unrelated cracking.
• Accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
• Repairs or modifications performed by others.
• Pre-existing paint or finish adhesion problems not caused by our negligence.

Warranty repairs are limited to the affected portions of our original work and the services originally included.

HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY SERVICE

Contact The Guys Drywall Repair within six months of the original service completion date.

Please provide:

• Your name and service address.
• Your original invoice or invoice number, if available.
• A description of the problem.
• 3–5 clear photographs of the affected area, whenever possible.

Our team will review the information and may schedule an on-site inspection to determine whether the problem is covered.

If the issue qualifies under our warranty, we will coordinate the necessary corrective repairs at no additional cost, subject to scheduling availability.
